Dan has been a commercial and industrial broker with CBRE-Albany for nearly a decade. Dan believes that his extensive local experience and creative, hands-on approach to client representation gives his clients an edge on all commercial and industrial real estate matters in the Capital District. This includes site-location, building conditions and systems, zoning compliance, buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants. Dan joined CBRE-Albany following five years as the Acting Director and Senior Economic Developer at the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his real estate expertise, Dan has extensive experience in transactions with various municipal industrial development authorities (IDA), the New York State Job Development Authority, and various secondary federal loan programs. Dan has secured tax incentives for many of his CBRE-Albany clients. He has also worked closely with the Empire State Development, advised numerous clients on relocations to New York State Empire Zones, and consulted for the Town of Bethlehem IDA on the development of a technology business park.
Dan has held previous senior level positions with Roadway Packaging Systems, Inc. now a FedEx company, and Ryder Systems, Inc. Dan is active in his home community, the Town of Bethlehem, and serves as a director of the Tri-Village Little League.
