Dan de la Paz is a Vice Chairman with CBRE's Ontario, California office, specializing in industrial/distribution projects for corporate occupiers, institutional investors and developers.
Over the last 20 years, Dan has been focused on the Inland Empire, CA marketplace where he has been involved in and or part of over 200,000,000 square feet of Class A industrial construction.
Dan is client centric and project focused providing value through strategic planning and relentless execution. Dan's full service approach has enabled him to develop many long-term relationships resulting in multiple assignments from repeat customers.
Dan started with CB Commercial in 1997, in the San Gabriel Valley office. Since this time, Dan has been involved in more than 750 deals totaling more than $4.5 billion in value.
