Dan Falls

Dan Falls began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2005. A 4th generation Washingtonian, his practice is focused on providing tenant advisory services in Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. Throughout his 18-year career in the real estate industry, Dan has represented some of the most prestigious companies headquartered in the DC region on a local and national basis.

By adopting a consultative and systematic approach for each requirement, Dan helps clients navigate the complex and specialized corporate real estate process to minimize operational disruption and create financial value for each organization he represents. By leveraging CBRE’s robust services platform and implementing a systematic transaction process, Dan helps clients reduce their overall facility costs, maintain flexibility in their corporate real estate portfolio, and mitigate long-term risk.

Dan competed as a professional golfer prior to joining the real estate industry, twice competing in the PGA Tour Qualifying School. Dan is married and enjoys traveling with his wife to numerous destinations both within the U.S. and internationally. He continues to maintain a passion for golf, fitness, and a constant dedication to overall wellness.
