Danny Gantzhorn joined CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions in 2014. Based on the firm’s Birmingham Regions Bank account team, Mr. Gantzhorn is the Director of Occupancy Management leading two teams responsible for assisting Regions with the real estate strategies, portfolio planning, occupancy guidelines, data management, and more, with a goal of delivering informed occupancy plans that optimize Regions’ real estate outcomes.
Prior to joining the CBRE’s GWS Regions Bank account, Mr. Gantzhorn held several roles within CBRE’s Advisory Services business segment. As a Manager with CBRE’s Auction Services group from 2010 to 2014, Mr. Gantzhorn was responsible for managing the implementation of accelerated marketing sales strategies for real estate assets across the country. He completed more than 125 transactions valued in excess of $125 Million on behalf of a global client base. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Gantzhorn served as a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance where he underwrote more than $2 Billion in commercial real estate including multi-housing, office, industrial and retail assets and closed more than $700 Million in commercial mortgages.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gantzhorn was an Investment Associate with Shenandoah Life Insurance Company’s Commercial Mortgage Loan Division in Roanoke, VA.
