Dan Henry serves as First Vice President and co-leader of CBRE’s Healthcare Advisory Team based out of San Diego and is a member of CBRE’s Healthcare Practice Advisory Group. CBRE Healthcare is a dedicated business group within CBRE focused exclusively on providing real estate solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations. Dan’s expertise in this field ranges from tenant and landlord representation to owner-user and investment sales, and new development consultation throughout Southern California.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Henry held several leadership positions within the Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Pharmaceutical industries. During his career, he has received numerous accolades and been the recipient of several President Club Awards presented to the top producers in the U.S. As an industry leader, he worked throughout the region with many of the largest health systems.
Mr. Henry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and a Master's in Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
