Daniel Hines currently serves as Vice President on CBRE’s Capital Markets team. The team provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing, and strategic advisory work. Daniel is responsible for valuation analysis as well as creating and executing acquisition and disposition strategies on behalf of clients in the office, industrial and life sciences spaces.
Previously, Daniel was with Colliers International as a member of the Capital Markets team where he was focused on investment sales. He also was a member of the Suburban Brokerage group at Colliers where he focused on the Industrial and Office markets, working with tenants and landlords in the leasing and disposition of flex and industrial properties.
Daniel is a graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, where he played lacrosse for four years. Also, during his time at Bates, Daniel was a summer intern at Equity Office Properties where he worked with their leasing team.
