Associated Office
As Vice President, Dan Sliger is a member of the Investment Property Group with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previous work has included assignments with Global Corporate Services, Occupier Services and Agency Leasing. Mr. Sliger was formerly a Senior Vice President with Galbreath-Mid Atlantic prior to their acquisition by CBRE. Before joining Galbreath, Mr. Sliger was a partner at Tricor Realty Partners, Inc., which later merged with The Galbreath Company.
Mr. Sliger started his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield, where he concentrated on downtown office leasing. Prior to entering the real estate business, Dan was employed by the Aluminum Company of America. With this rich and varied corporate and real estate experience, including sales and leasing in the millions of square feet, his clients include Reed Smith, CN Rail, Forest City, Mika Realty, The Salvation Army, Dollar Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank, GE Capital Fleet Services, Kirkpatrick and Lockhart, Medrad, Property Ventures, Ltd., West Penn Allegheny Health System, Allegheny County Housing Authority and Charles Bank Capital Partners (for the Harvard Pension Fund). In recent years, Mr. Sliger was twice recognized by SIOR for the Office Sale of the Year. He has also been recognized for the Industrial Sale and Land Sale of the Year.
