Mr. Baker has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1981 when he joined the New Orleans office of CBRE, as a Retail Specialist. He relocated to the Orlando office in 1985 and changed his focus to Investment Properties. Since that time, Mr. Baker has been involved in investment transactions totaling over $700,000,000 consisting of over 120 retail/shopping center properties.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Baker spent two years with Michael J. Lipsey and Associates, a commercial real estate firm in New Orleans, Louisiana.
