Daniel Buchalter is a Vice President in CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services in the St. Louis office. Mr. Buchalter has experience in the appraisal of commercial real estate on behalf of clients that include Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders, financial institutions, investment firms, REITS, life insurance companies, law firms, national and regional banks and mortgage brokers.
Mr. Buchalter has completed appraisal assignments for projects in the Midwest for a variety of asset types including multi-family, self-storage, retail, office, industrial, land and mixed-use developments.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Buchalter served as an analyst at Cushman & Wakefield.
