Daniel Duque is a Vice President in CBRE's Atlanta Retail Services Group, specializing in outparcels, freestanding retail and site selection across metro Atlanta and Georgia.
For developers and landowners, he markets and disposes of outparcels and pads, structures ground leases and build-to-suits, and leases second-generation restaurant space, big box, and junior anchor backfills. Current assignments include Walmart dispositions, Chick-fil-A dispositions, Buckhead Pavilion, Plaza Fiesta on Buford Highway, and outparcels with several developers.
For retailers and operators, he runs site selection and tenant representation for QSR, coffee, drive-thru, medical, auto, specialty retail and big box users. Clients he has represented include, Dunkin', ALDI, Walmart, Zaxby's, Boot Barn, and others.
Daniel is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS Million Dollar Club and is regularly quoted in Footwear News, GlobeSt and other trade publications on Atlanta retail growth, outparcel demand and tenant expansion.
Before CBRE, he leased shopping centers across the Orlando MSA with Millenia Partners. He holds a B.S. in Finance and MIS from Florida State University, is active in ICSC, and is bilingual in English and Spanish, working directly with Spanish-speaking owners and franchise operators.
