Daniel Fuchs

As an Assistant Real Estate Manager in San Diego, with nearly three years of property management and one year of analyst experience, Daniel is responsible for all facets of operations and financial management for his assigned portfolio of commercial properties throughout San Diego.

Daniel currently manages a portfolio of office properties for The Regents of the University of California totaling over 310,000 square feet in San Diego. Joining in 2017, he is responsible for tenant and vendor relationships, performing periodic property inspections, preparing accurate tenant billing as well as assisting with monthly and quarterly management reports. 

Daniel started out as an analyst in Germany before joining CBRE San Diego in 2017. In his former analyst positions in the automotive industry, he gained valuable financial experience by conducting sales, cost analysis and managing account receivables. This gave him the financial understanding to assist in the transition of the office portfolio Governor Park and Torrey Pines Court.
