Daniel Lieberthal

Daniel has been licensed in commercial real estate since 1985 working with various Twin City and outstate RE companies over his 40-year career. Dan joined CBRE in January 2018 as a Senior Transaction Manager collaborating with a team on a large global account and January of 2025, transition to all Brokerage with an occupier client with a national footprint. Prior to joining CBRE, Dan was heavily involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, brokerage, property management, development, tenant representation and mortgage financing. In 1989, Dan obtained his Brokers license which allowed him to branch out and work various development projects in the Midwest including shopping center development, land acquisition and development along with special projects acquiring real estate from the RTC.

In January 2025, Dan transitioned into full time brokerage as a Senior Associate at CBRE, working with two additional season professions on a large occupier account on a nationwide basis.

Over the many years here in the Twin Cities, Dan has been involved in a myriad of commercial projects and developments and has served on numerous Board of Directors for Non-Profit organizations. He enjoys volunteering time with many excellent causes in the Twin Cities.
