Prior to joining CBRE, Daniel was a Principal at a boutique real estate brokerage firm exclusively focused on medical office leasing, brokerage, and consulting for healthcare organizations. He developed a diverse skill set supporting the growth of a national portfolio of medical office buildings acquiring assets between $5M - $20M while leading the execution of private practice, institutional and owner/investor client engagements.
