Daniel oversees work order management for the Amazon account team. This includes serving as system administrator for Amazon's CMMS, managing the work order process from beginning to end, training account team members on CMMS use, working with various clients to ensure CBRE is adhering to Amazon policy, and looking for ways to increase efficiencies. He also manages Call Center operations for the account as well as technical programs used by the FM field (e.g. Site Tools).
Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Project Manager/Systems Engineer for the CBRE Platform Team, where he was responsible for implementing CMMS for new clients, as well as providing customer support.
