Daniel joined CBRE’s Newport Beach office in August of 2022 as a part of the Healthcare Property Advisory Group.
Daniel specializes in healthcare real estate throughout Orange County, representing physicians, dentists, healthcare providers, and investors in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of medical office properties. With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, Daniel has developed expertise in medical office leasing, owner-user acquisitions, practice expansion strategies, and healthcare investment sales. His market knowledge, transaction experience, and understanding of the unique operational requirements of healthcare users allow him to deliver strategic real estate solutions that support long-term growth and success.
