Dan Persa

Dan specializes in office tenant representation in the Chicago metropolitan area. With a focus on advising fast growing clients, Dan's client­first approach has been an asset to those in need of implementing creative real estate strategies that allow for long term success. His additional responsibilities include the development and servicing of new and existing accounts. Widely respected by his peers at an early age, Dan was honored with the 2015 CBRE Chicago Rookie of the Year Award, an acknowledgment given to the top performing individual in their first year with CBRE. In 2018, Dan was honored with the Chicago Circle award given to the top young producers in the Chicago office.

Prior to joining CBRE, Dan was a student-athlete at Northwestern University where he was a four-year letterman on the football team.

While at Northwestern, Dan was the starting quarterback and a two-time captain, four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, two-time All- Big Ten honoree, two-time team MVP, honorable mention All-American honoree, and a finalist for the Lowe's Senior Class Award which honors the attributes of NCAA Division I senior student-athletes in four areas: community, classroom, character and competition. In his spare time, Dan contributes as a college football color analyst for both the Big Ten Network and WGN Radio.
