Danielle Cerullo is a Business Development Marketing Specialist working for the Midwest Marketing Team at CBRE. Based in Detroit, she is responsible for managing Business Development pursuits across multiple business lines and overseeing collateral development. She leads tactical planning meetings with brokerage teams and executes design presentations and marketing materials to support the sales professionals across Michigan.
Since joining CBRE in 2018, previously as a Client Services Coordinator, Danielle oversaw the coordination of client information, property marketing and overall organization and marketing of the brokerage team she supported. During her tenure, Danielle has also developed a wide range of leadership skills, assisting in onboarding and training of client services professionals and stepped in as interim Operations Manager.
Prior to joining CBRE, Danielle worked at Oakland University Recreation and Well-Being (OU Rec Well) as a graphic design intern where she executed graphic design assignments in print and digital to promote events and programs. During her time at Oakland University, she volunteered as a marketing street team member for OU Rec Well, belonged to the graphic design group on campus and was selected to showcase her senior thesis project at Oakland University’s Art Gallery in 2018.
Danielle is an active and dedicated member of CBRE’s Rising Professionals Organization where she serves as co-lead of the Michigan Chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design with a minor specializing in Photography from Oakland University.
