Danielle Hogan

As Regional Director of Operations for Asset Services in the Western Region, Danielle oversees the transition of new management assignments, administration of the Environments for Excellence Global Standards Compliance Review Program, employee orientation and training, implementation of new business technologies and ensuring the CBRE Global Standards are adhered to for all Asset Services clients.

Previously, Ms. Hogan was the Operations Manager on the US Asset Services Business Operations team with several years of on-site property management experience.  While working for CBRE, Ms. Hogan has partnered with the P2P Support team and Asset View support team driving adoption and success of our operating platforms.  In addition, she has spearheaded the Asset Services Global Standards Governance Committee reviewing Asset Services policies and procedures on a quarterly basis ensuring current resources are available to the field at all times. 

Ms. Hogan joined CBRE’s Asset Services in 2011 supporting the Century Park team as a Real Estate Services Assistant.  She was promoted to Assistant Real Estate Manager in 2013 and joined the team at Sepulveda Center in West Los Angeles.  Some of her responsibilities included the day-to-day property management tasks, accounts payable and vendor maintenance utilizing the Procure to Pay (P2P) system, lease abstracts, tenant AR, building inspections, and maintaining both tenant and vendor insurance for the property.
