Danielle specializes in landlord and tenant representation as a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group within the CBRE Houston office. The team is solely dedicated to the medical and life science market providing a complete range of commercial real estate transaction services including landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales services for hospital systems, physician groups, specialty groups, post-acute operators, behavioral health operators, public & private healthcare investors and life science occupiers and investors.
Danielle’s primary focus is landlord representation throughout Texas with clients ranging from the independent physician to private and public healthcare REIT’s. Drawing on her academic background and early hands-on exposure to healthcare real estate transactions, Danielle demonstrates a keen ability to anticipate client needs, and translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
