Connor Danny Choi is a Sales Support Associate with CBRE Retail in Honolulu, Hawaii. He supports both landlord and tenant representation assignments, assisting in the execution of leasing strategies and transaction processes across a diverse portfolio of retail assets.
Danny is actively involved in underwriting, market research, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and the preparation of client-facing marketing materials, including site submittals and presentations for retail, QSR, and big-box properties. He works closely with brokerage teams to support deal execution, coordinate due diligence, and track ongoing transaction activity, gaining exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining CBRE, Danny gained experience across brokerage, development, and investment sales. Most recently, he worked in South Korea supporting the acquisition of a Class-A office asset in Seoul. He has also been involved in development analysis and retail leasing projects across multiple markets.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys golf and volunteering for community events.
