Dante DeFrank serves as an Associate Broker on CBRE’s Pittsburgh Investment Properties team, who advises institutional and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Their work spans a diverse range of asset types—including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail—and includes expertise in development sites, office-to-residential conversions, 1031 exchanges, and more. Dante leads the team’s efforts in representing private clients within the multifamily sector. Prior to joining CBRE in 2025, he was with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, focusing on multifamily investment sales throughout Western Pennsylvania and Northern Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Real Estate, with a minor in International Business, from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
