Associated Office

Darla is known for her creative thinking and possesses unique and proven negotiating skills that allow clients to achieve the highest and best value for their investment asset, as proven by continual repeat business. Darla’s passion and work ethic has won her a national award every single year during her career for top performance at CBRE. Ms. Longo is the first woman in the company’s history to be elected to the CBRE Board of Directors and she is a Managing Director of CBRE’s West Coast Institutional Group. She continues to be among the firm’s Colbert Coldwell Circle, an elite group that is comprised of the top 3% producers in the entire company for 43 out of the 44 years (exception being her first year when she was named the National Rookie of the Year). In 2020, 2021 and 2022, she was among the top 1% in the entire company.
Throughout her 44 years with CBRE, Darla has proven year after year that through hard work and consistency you can reach new high levels of success. This has inspired a new generation of individuals to step outside their comfort zone and follow the path Darla has paved before them. In 2021, CBRE has recognized Darla with the highest honor of her career by naming a National award after her. The Darla Longo Award recognizes one next-generation producer who is the absolute very best and brightest in our industry. Nominees significantly stand out from their peers for their work ethic, ability to overcome obstacles, engagement in the CBRE platform, and embodiment of our RISE values. They are leaders of the CBRE culture and are riveted on excellence in serving their clients.
Darla is part of the National Partners (NP) team, a group of the leading industrial capital market professionals at CBRE across the United States. The West Coast NP professionals consist of 9 Capital Market Partners, 13 dedicated support team members, and 4 financial analysts, they cover California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. National Partners has successfully closed market-making transactions across the country totaling over $239 billion (3.4 billion square feet) since 2010. The National Partners transacted 167 MSF, 434 transactions totaling $22.3 billion in 2022.
For 19 years Darla was part of the board of Directors at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Cañada Flintridge and retired as Chair. She is currently a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the San Bernardino Sheriff Department. Throughout her career until now, Darla has mentored several individuals in their professional careers, sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation.
