David Long, is a First Vice President in the Advisory & Transaction Services group. He joined CBRE in 2001.
During the course of his 30+ years of experience, he has assisted a wide variety of clients with their real estate needs in Michigan and Ohio.
He delivers customized solutions for all of his client’s real estate needs and provides the highest level of service with speed and creativity.
A large part of his practice deals with institutional real estate clientele. He assists and advises a broad spectrum clients with their real estate requirements across multiple property types.
He has extensive experience with banking and financial institution clients. During the course of his career he has completed several hundred real estate transactions within this segment.
His high standards of professionalism and integrity have enabled him to maintain key client relationships for multiple decades.
He continues to develop and evolve new relationships with his focused commitment to delivering the highest level of service to all of his clients.
In addition, he works closely with CBRE professionals from across the U.S. with their client requirements.
His acute awareness and understanding of all service platforms provided by CBRE and extensive relationship within the company enable him to provide his clients with a complete spectrum of support.
Over the course of his career, David has completed sale and lease transactions with total consideration in excess of $500 million.
