Dave Mcilhargey

Professional Experience

Dave has a wealth of experience ranging from outsourcing business development, strategic portfolio planning, as well as the management of outsourcing accounts and associated real estate transactions. In his current role as Alliance Director on the Group Health Cooperative Account, Dave leads a national account team of 130 dedicated professionals providing strategic portfolio planning, transaction management, project management, facility management, lease administration and critical facilities management services for a portfolio consisting of over 57 locations in Washington State and Idaho consisting of over three million square feet.

Prior to his current role, Dave was the Alliance Director on the Comerica Bank Account where he provided oversight of the national real estate operations covering all lines of business. The portfolio included 650 locations across 12 states, Mexico and Canada comprised of 6.4 millions square feet.

Prior to joining CBRE, Dave spent over ten years with Boeing Integrated Defense Systems where he held numerous leadership roles.
