David Adamson

David Adamson is a seasoned commercial real estate appraiser with 19 years of valuation and counseling experience. His valuation team serves a wide variety of clients on diverse and complex issues dealing with multiple commercial property types throughout Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Western Montana. David has extensive appraisal experience of shopping centers and all types of single- and multi-tenant retail property. In addition to his experience in retail property valuation, he has expertise in the valuation of apartments, single- and multi-tenant industrial properties, single- and multi-tenant general and medical office buildings, mixed-use properties, and vacant residential and commercial development land.

Mr. Adamson directs the CBRE Spokane VAS office located in downtown Spokane. He serves as a point of contact for clients in Eastern Washington, North Idaho, and Western Montana for valuation needs and market information for these areas. Mr. Adamson also has additional specialized valuation experience relating to automobile dealerships, car washes, quick lube facilities, and other special-purpose properties.
