David Brennan is Managing Director of Industrial and Logistics in Northern California, where he oversees CBRE’s leading industrial sector across leasing, sales, debt and structured finance in the region. Mr. Brennan also works with a range of industrial clients on development, sales and leasing assignments. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, he offers local market knowledge and an unyielding dedication to excellence in real estate services.
Based in Sacramento, Mr. Brennan previously served as Senior Managing Director, leading CBRE’s Advisory business throughout California’s Central Valley and Northern Nevada markets. He also led CBRE’s Northwest Industrial Network including Seattle, Portland, and Northern California.
His leadership and management of brokerage and client relations ensure the continuation of CBRE’s strong market position in the region’s commercial real estate market.
