David joined CBRE | Hubbell Commercial in 2017. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2016 where he majored in Finance. Previously, his career in real estate started with a co-op in the commercial mortgage servicing department at Principal Financial Group. Born and raised in Des Moines, IA with a lifelong passion for real estate, David is fulfilling his dream of making an impact on the Iowa real estate market. David’s primary focus is the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. He achieves this by providing his expanding client base unparalleled results in a timely manner. David prides himself on his commitment to serving his clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals through his extensive market knowledge and reliability to produce results.
David has been involved in over $123 million of investment transactions since 2017. David is currently working to obtain the CCIM designation and is licensed in the State of Iowa.
