David Freitag began his career as an Analyst in CBRE’s global headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. Just a year later, David was recruited to be a portfolio / transaction manager for one of the top brokerage teams in the company, managing over 20 million square feet for 16 different clients across 40 countries.

As a Senior Vice President, based in CBRE’s West Los Angeles office, David specializes in strategic consulting and transaction services for clients on a local and national basis. During his 10-years with the firm, David has completed over $1.2 billion in sale and lease transactions on behalf of his clients.

With a diverse background in engineering, technology, investment and financial analytics, David brings a unique lens to the brokerage business, empowering his clients to make more strategic and proactive real estate decisions. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles where he played Division I Volleyball on the UCLA Men’s Volleyball Team.
