David Hagan

David Hagan joined CBRE | Triad in 2014 as a Senior Vice President for the Brokerage Services division. David focuses on the Industrial and Office sectors providing strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services to his clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, David founded Hagan Properties Incorporated in 1989. Hagan Properties delivered the full spectrum of corporate real estate services, providing representation to tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers. For over 35 years, David has also been a very active member of the community including serving in various roles at The University of North Carolina Greensboro, The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro, YWCA, Say Yes to Education Guilford, Senior Resources of Guilford, and Historic Carolina Theatre Campaign. Further, David has also conducted a variety of non-profit representations. A few include the following:

• YWCA of Greensboro – sale of existing building downtown to City of Greensboro for LeBauer Park and acquisition of new facility on East Wendover Avenue named in honor of community leader Shirley T. Frye
• City of Greensboro - assemblage of city block downtown for Tanger Performing Arts Center
• Senior Resources of Guilford - to acquire former Greensboro Orthopaedic building on Benjamin Parkway
• Greensboro Day School - evaluation of 63,000 SF Christ Community Church/School on 46 acres on Air Harbor Road ($6 million) for possible second campus
• Action Greensboro/Opportunity Greensboro - site selection analysis for Union Square Downtown University Campus
• Gateway University Research Park - lease for VF Global Innovation Center (Denim)
