Professional Experience
David Haley has been in the commercial real estate and loan servicing industry for 25 years. His servicing career began at GE Capital in 1992, where his role included default administration, workouts, note sales, REO sales, conduit servicing, and CMBS asset and portfolio management. He has also worked as a senior portfolio manager with Wachovia Securities in their CMBS servicing group and as a deal manager for Commercial Defeasance LLC, where he provided consulting services to CMBS borrowers.
