In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
David is a Vice President of CBRE/New England Advisory & Transaction Services, and is part of a multi-disciplined team that consistently outperforms any other group in the Greater New Haven market. He focuses on office brokerage and investment sales.
Over the past 12 years, David has leased in excess of 1 MSF of office space in Greater New Haven. Office tenant representation currently includes many national corporations and financial institutions, as well as small firms local to New Haven. Landlord representation has included several of the New Haven office market's premier buildings.
