Dave Hesano is a member of the select CBRE Single Tenant Properties group. He has a leading presence within the realm of national retail and industrial investment properties. Having started his commercial real estate career in 2000 with Grubb & Ellis, Dave then spent over a decade with Landmark Commercial Real Estate before joining CBRE in 2013.
Beyond his focus on the sale and acquisition of income producing properties, he also has an extensive background in retail tenant representation and ground-up development services. He has a long list of recommendations from investors including REITS, trusts, and private investors.
