David Katz

David Katz is a Vice President in the Advisory & Transaction Services Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan Office, working closely with Vice Chairman David Hollander. In his role, he works with tenants on their occupancy strategies, provides market intelligence and analyses, and performs data collection and business development. David has experience representing Landlord's, providing leasing and marketing services and strategic development.

In 2022, David was recognized alongside colleague, Michael Affronti, for winning the Edward S. Gordon Memorial Award at REBNYs Ingenious Deal Awards. Additionally, David was awarded the 2022 Leasing Performance Award from CBRE’s Property Management division for his leasing efforts at 608 Fifth Avenue.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Katz was an accomplished college student, attending both the University of Michigan (UofM) and New York University (NYU) for his studies. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports Management with an emphasis on venue development from UofM.

During his collegiate years, Mr. Katz completed an internship with Newmark Knight Frank, as well as the New York Yankees and Michigan’s Center for Sport and Policy. Mr. Katz’s extracurricular activities during college also included playing Men’s Varsity Basketball for NYU.
