David Kenagy

David Kenagy is Senior Account Operations Manager for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions account, Windstream.

Mr. Kenagy manages the daily facilities operations of over 1,800 sites within the Windstream portfolio. He works closely with the client’s operations team to maintain the facilities. He also strategically focuses on maintaining positive relationships with the client to enable them to focus on their core business.

In addition to working with the client’s operations team, Mr. Kenagy also works closely with CBRE’s Facilities Operations Team and the client’s facilities operations team to provide timely facilities service, provide accurate tracking, reporting, work order management, and analysis to the client.

Mr. Kenagy has 45 years of experience in facilities maintenance management.  Prior to joining CBRE, he has worked in refrigeration maintenance and owned a heating, air, and refrigeration company.
