David Kim is a Senior Vice President based in CBRE’s Beverly Hills office in the Occupier Advisory & Transaction Service group. For every client that David represents, he ensures they receive best in class services to meet their unique business objectives and real estate requirements.

Representing both industrial and office users, his clients range from 5 million to 100 million square foot portfolios with both domestic and international footprints. Over the course of these long-term business relationships, David has fine-tuned the development and use of strategic planning programs, benchmarking studies, municipal incentive analysis, and logistical network optimization studies.
