David Machlin is a Senior Vice President with CBRE. His concentrations include investment sales and both owner and tenant representation services in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, particularly within Montgomery County, Maryland. Mr. Machlin joined the firm as a result of the July 2003 merger with Insignia/ESG, where he began working in 1995. He has consistently been among the most active brokers in the firm's Bethesda, Maryland office, where he was the top producer in multiple years.
Prior to Insignia/ESG, Mr. Machlin served as a Leasing Director at Manekin Corporation and was responsible for leasing and build-to-suit activities on behalf of a prominent regional land developer. The focus of this activity was in Montgomery and Frederick counties, Maryland.
