David is an experienced sustainability leader, guiding the strategic development of CBRE’s Energy & Sustainability offering to best meet the evolving needs of clients, particularly through the lens of artificial intelligence and technology.
A Chartered Civil Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Chartered Environmentalist with the Energy Institute - and an Accredited Professional in both LEED and WELL - David brings deep technical grounding to his product work. Before joining CBRE, he led corporate sustainability at the global architecture firm Foster + Partners, driving the development of Apple’s global retail real estate development sustainability strategy, and working on the design of some of the world’s most prestigious new buildings.
