David Parsons is an accomplished operations and technology leader with more than 15 years of experience driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. As Head of Operations for Valuation & Advisory Services, he oversees the organizational design and end-to-end processes for CBRE’s IVAS, Survey, and Zoning services. In this role, David defines processes, establishes team structures, and manages critical handoffs to ensure seamless delivery.
David leads high-visibility initiatives that significantly advance departmental and functional goals, operating with broad autonomy. His responsibilities include optimizing strategic operations, conducting financial evaluations and recommendations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating cross-functional team activities. He also assesses project requirements, secures resources, and develops training programs to strengthen organizational capability.
Leveraging deep industry expertise, David drives financial performance and negotiates key agreements with stakeholders. Prior to his current role, he served in several leadership positions at CBRE, including Senior Director – Head of Valuation & Advisory Service Product for APAC, EMEA, and Global Data. Throughout his career, David has demonstrated a strong track record in project management, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. He is recognized for aligning operational strategies with organizational objectives and fostering high-performing teams.
