Dave Planting joined CBRE’s Sacramento office as a research analyst in 1998 and was promoted to manager of the research department the following year, overseeing the information gathering and forecasting operations for all three Sacramento area offices. In 2000, Dave joined Industrial Department of CBRE’s Sacramento office, specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and R&D properties, representing businesses and property owners throughout the Sacramento Region.
In the past 22 years, Dave has been involved in over 1,000 sale and lease transactions totaling over 14,300,000 SF and valued at over $600,000,000. Dave believes strongly in client retention through relationship building and excellent service. Most of Dave’s clients retain his services for multiple transactions.
