Associated Office
David Rhodes is an Appraiser in the Valuation & Advisory Services’ Newport Beach office. As a residential subdivision specialist, he has provided valuation expertise for raw acreage, residential subdivisions, master planned communities, and multifamily projects. Mr. Rhodes also has experience in the appraisal of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout the Southern California region. His primary emphasis includes Orange County and the Inland Empire.
He is a member of the Newport Beach Subdivision Team which includes three appraisers that cover all of Southern California and provide valuation services for properties ranging from custom homes to residential subdivisions, high rise condominium buildings, and master planned communities.
Mr. Rhodes began his career as a single-family appraiser in 1991 and joined CBRE in 1997.
