Dave Stromath started his real estate career in 1988, and since that time has been involved in over 900 sale and lease transactions in the South Bay area of Southern California.
Dave is knowledgeable in all segments of the industrial real estate market including multi-tenant, manufacturing, warehouse & distribution, investment and development.
With an extensive background in engineering, construction and finance, Dave has been able to creatively assist corporate, institutional and individual clientele with a wide variety of services including acquisition, disposition, market research, design & development, transaction services and strategic planning.
Dave originally hails from the great state of Nebraska, where he was able to fulfill the childhood dream of every boy in the state and play for the Cornhuskers under legendary coach Tom Osborne, lettering twice as an All Conference Academic Defensive Tackle.
