Associated Office
David serves as an Associate in CBRE’s Retail Services group in Columbia, South Carolina. He leverages over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, land, retail leasing, retail asset management, and investment sales, David has built strong relationships in the brokerage and development community, enabling him to successfully execute transactions on behalf of his clients.
David has been especially active in all areas of the commercial shopping center business, including acquisition and operation of shopping centers for investor clients and representation for retailers. David is also active in the land business, representing buyers and sellers for single family residential development tracts, Build-to-Rent (BTR) and multifamily development.
