With 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience, David runs a dynamic team within CBRE Loan Services dedicated to providing asset management services to commercial real estate financiers. The team supports over 40 clients, each with unique needs. In addition to traditional loan servicing, the team supports limited-partnership equity providers with deal management, cash flow and waterfall modeling, etc., as well as supporting debt providers where a large percentage of deals require construction administration services, financing administration, cash management, condo/lot administration or other services.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, David’s experience included working on structured loans, land development, condominium sellouts, ground-up construction, and income-producing office, multifamily, gaming, hospitality, and retail properties. In former roles, David ran the Atlanta-based primary asset management group at Trimont Real Estate Advisors and started its European servicing division.
