Professional Experience
With approximately 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience, David runs a team within CBRE Loan Services dedicated to providing asset management services to commercial real estate financiers. The team supports multiple clients, each with unique needs. In addition to traditional loan servicing, the team supports LP equity providers with deal management, cash flow and waterfall modeling, etc., and debt providers where a large percentage of deals require construction administration services, financing administration, cash management, condo / lot administration and other services.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, David’s experience included working on structured loans, land development, condominium sellouts, ground-up construction, and income-producing office, multifamily, gaming, hospitality, and retail properties. In former roles, David ran the primary asset management group at Trimont Real Estate Advisors and started their European servicing team.
