David Wigoda

David J. Wigoda, SIOR serves as Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets group in Miami, Florida. Mr. Wigoda & his team exclusively focus on office, industrial and retail investment property sales, as well as commercially developable land. Mr. Wigoda has a wide range of experience selling mid-market and institutional assets throughout southeast Florida.

Mr. Wigoda is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience. Since 2007, he has been recognized as one of the area’s leading commercial real estate brokers. Throughout the course of his career, he has closed over $1.55 billion in transactions. Mr. Wigoda represents a wide array of property owners, including high net-worth investors, real estate developers, institutions, publicly traded REIT’s, schools, private equity funds & municipalities.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Wigoda was an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and before this he was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International.
