- Creates and presents financial models with multiple strategy scenarios for business unit leaders and corporate real estate.
- Leads field resources and client business unit stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions and disposition of surplus space through sales, subleases, early lease termination and decommissioning.
- Prepares, recommends and implements a national portfolio transaction strategy for all space types: office, laboratory, warehouse, data centers and airport hangars.
- Works with project management team on all aspects of delivery – capital forecasting, planning, design/engineering, permitting/bidding, construction, move and close-out.
