Dawn DeCarlo joined CBRE in 2013 as Finance Manager upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry.
Ms. DeCarlo joined Fameco in 2003 as Accounting Manager. In 2004 she was promoted to the Corporate Controller position and in 2011 to Vice President of Finance. Dawn oversaw all aspects of Fameco’s financial recording, reviewing, and reporting for the Real Estate, Development and the Property Management Partnerships.
Dawn brings with her over 18 years experience in all aspects of Accounting, and specifically she has 14 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Before joining Fameco she was employed with GMH Associates; a national real estate company that owns, develops, and manages real estate. She was employed as an Accounting Supervisor overseeing up to 5 Staff Accountants and reviewing 20 individual property financial statements. In addition, as Supervisor, she was responsible for compiling portfolio financial statements for the various Investors. Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Dawn was employed by Synthes; a surgical implant manufacturer.
