Dawson Carper is an Associate with CBRE in Colorado Springs, specializing in the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties. He works with landlords, tenants, and investors to identify opportunities, evaluate properties, and structure transactions that support their business and investment objectives.
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, he brings a local perspective to his work and a commitment to the community’s continued growth. He assists clients with property marketing, site selection, lease negotiations, and investment analysis. Through thorough preparation, responsive communication, and a hands-on approach, Dawson helps clients navigate each stage of the transaction and make informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dawson played collegiate basketball at the University of Hawaii and Missouri State University before competing professionally in Bosnia. His experience as a collegiate and professional athlete shaped the discipline, adaptability, and competitive drive he brings to serving his clients.
