With over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dean Bacopoulos specializes in office and industrial property transactions. He has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in complex deals across millions of square feet. Before launching his commercial real estate career in 2001 at Tom Jackson Commercial Realty, where he served as Vice President, Dean was the founder and owner of three successful companies, developing a solid foundation in business operations and growth strategy. At Tom Jackson Commercial Realty, he sold an extensive industrial portfolio for a top client, managed the disposition of over 1,500 apartment units for a lender, and handled several large retail plaza transactions, leasing numerous retail spaces across Northeast Ohio.
At CBRE, Dean leverages the firm’s global platform to deliver comprehensive solutions for his clients. He enjoys working on NNN leased deals and has significant experience with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
