Dean’s expertise lies in the sale of industrial/commercial land and raw land properties. In the 25+ years that Dean has been with the company, he has represented numerous clients in many significant transactions.

Development Project experience: Omaha Lakeside Plaza at 171st and West Center Road, includes a 235,000 SF grocery-anchored center (1998 to Present); Southport West at 126th and Giles, La Vista, a 137 acre mixed- use development featuring Cabela’s, Costco, and Embassy Suites (2008 to Present); and Papio Valley I and II Business Parks at 120th and Cary Circle, 105 acres of light industrial ground (1998 to 2004).

Dean has been involved in the sale of well over 1,000+ acres of commercial and industrial ground over the past few years with overall sales in excess of $45,000,000. His main focus is representing clients for industrial, commercial and future development properties. Dean’s experience in these areas have helped CBRE secure many long-term national clients.
