Dean Johnson has been involved in commercial real estate as an investor and broker for nearly 40 years. He joined CBRE in 2002 and specializes in urban and suburban land sales, as well as the sale of industrial, office and high tech properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Dean spent 25 years as the founder and president of Sunrise Design, a local sportswear manufacturer. His wealth of experience in the manufacturing and real estate industries, coupled with his educational background in architecture, give Dean a more complete perspective on his clients needs as he works to help them achieve their goals. In the last five years, Dean has completed transactions worth $300 million in total consideration. He has been recognized as one of the top 10 producers in the Seattle area.
